Digital products are final sale
Vivlox products are downloadable digital source files and commercial licenses delivered electronically. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Once we provide account access, a download, license key, source file, or delivery link, the order is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, returned, or cancelled because the digital product can be copied and cannot practically be returned.
We do not issue refunds or credits for change of mind, accidental purchase, lack of use, buyer’s remorse, incompatibility with hardware or software disclosed or reasonably required, failure to meet third-party platform requirements, Roblox policy or account actions, future platform changes, or results such as player traffic, revenue, or profitability.
Before you purchase
Review the product description, included materials, technical requirements, license terms, and price before completing checkout. Contact support@vivlox.store before purchasing if you need clarification about compatibility, scope, or permitted use. By checking the acceptance box and paying, you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge this final-sale policy.
Delivery or billing problems
If you were charged more than once, did not receive access, or believe the delivered files are materially different from the product description, contact support@vivlox.store promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and may repair, replace, or restore access where appropriate.
Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits a refund, correction, or other remedy that cannot legally be waived. Any exception we grant is discretionary, applies only to that order, and does not change this Policy.
Chargebacks and fraud
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate delivery or billing issues. Fraudulent purchases and unauthorized distribution may result in suspension, license termination, and enforcement of legal rights. This does not restrict legitimate rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.
Governing law and contact
