This Privacy Policy explains how Ecommerce Experts LLC, doing business as Vivlox, handles personal information when you use vivlox.store, create an account, purchase a digital product, request support, or otherwise interact with us. It does not govern third-party sites or services.

Payment-card numbers are submitted directly to our payment processor and are not intended to be stored by Vivlox. The processor handles that information under its own privacy terms.

Where required, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate business interests. We do not use personal information for materially different purposes without appropriate notice or consent.

Vivlox is intended for business users and adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
If you access Vivlox outside the United States, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. We will use safeguards required by applicable law.
